Michal Polakowski is social and economic policies Coordinator and Co-foundeonomic policr at ICRA. He received his PhD at the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance, Maastricht University, where he completed his doctoral dissertation on the transformation of social policy in post-communist countries. Michal also focuses on the relationship between economic development and social policy, historical and political considerations of the welfare state, institutional change and innovative research methods in social sciences.
